Role Overview:
Pristyn Care is seeking a dynamic and revenue-driven National Marketing Head to lead marketing strategy and execution across PAN India hospital networks. This role carries national ownership of revenue growth, brand positioning, customer acquisition, and market expansion.
The ideal candidate will combine strategic vision with execution excellence and possess deep expertise in scaling multi-city healthcare operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Revenue & Growth Ownership:
- Drive national marketing strategy aligned with aggressive revenue targets
- Own customer acquisition, demand generation, and conversion metrics
- Scale topline growth across PAN India hospital partnerships
- Ensure strong ROI across performance and brand campaigns
2. National Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute integrated online + offline marketing strategies
- Lead ATL/BTL initiatives, on-ground activations, and regional campaigns
- Strengthen brand positioning across existing and new markets
- Identify new city expansion and market penetration opportunities
3. Performance & Analytics:
- Monitor CAC, LTV, ROI, and campaign effectiveness
- Drive data-backed decision-making and budget optimization
- Ensure marketing contribution to revenue is measurable and scalable
4. Leadership & Team Management:
- Build and lead a high-performing national marketing team
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and City Leadership
- Mentor regional marketing managers and drive accountability
5. Stakeholder & Hospital Network Alignment:
- Align marketing strategies with PAN India hospital operations
- Strengthen partnerships and drive localized revenue growth strategies
Desired Candidate Profile:
-15+ years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare
- Strong exposure to PAN India hospital marketing operations
- Proven track record of driving multi-city / national revenue growth
- Strong P&L understanding and business acumen
- Experience managing large teams and national budgets
- Data-driven, strategic thinker with strong execution capability
