Role Overview:

The National Head - Hospital Sales & Marketing will be responsible for leading and scaling hospital revenue growth across all geographies nationwide. The role entails defining national sales and marketing strategy, driving multi-city revenue performance, building strong referral and consultant ecosystems, expanding corporate and insurance business, and strengthening the hospital brand across markets.

The incumbent will work closely with leadership, operations, medical teams, and regional heads to ensure consistent execution, market expansion, and sustainable business growth across all locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Strategy & National Business Growth:

- Own and drive national revenue targets across OPD, IPD, and high-end surgical procedures.

- Design and implement scalable sales strategies to accelerate growth across existing and new cities.

- Identify national-level growth opportunities including specialty expansion, new service lines, and new market entry.

- Drive standardization of pricing, cost models, corporate health packages, and preventive care programs across regions.

- Establish strong performance tracking, ROI measurement, and revenue forecasting mechanisms at a national level.

Consultant, Referral & Ecosystem Development:

- Lead national consultant empanelment strategy across specialties and super-specialties.

- Build and scale referral networks involving doctors, clinics, hospitals, and medical associations across cities.

- Monitor referral trends nationally and implement initiatives to improve patient inflow and conversion.

- Drive large-scale RTMs, CMEs, consultant engagement programs, and national-level medical collaborations.

Corporate, Insurance & Strategic Partnerships:

- Own national corporate tie-ups, insurance empanelments, and TPA partnerships.

- Lead contract negotiations, pricing frameworks, and service-level agreements to maximize revenue and margins.

- Work with finance, operations, and customer experience teams to ensure seamless execution of corporate and insured cases.

- Identify and onboard national and regional corporate accounts to drive recurring business.

Marketing, Brand & Market Expansion Strategy:

- Define and execute national ATL/BTL strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Oversee regional marketing initiatives, ensuring brand consistency and high-impact local execution.

- Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis to guide strategic decisions and expansion plans.

- Drive large-scale health camps, wellness programs, partnerships, and media initiatives to strengthen brand presence.

Leadership & Team Management:

- Build, lead, and mentor Regional / City Heads and national sales & marketing teams.

- Set clear KPIs, performance benchmarks, and review mechanisms across regions.

- Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, patient-centricity, and high performance.

- Partner with HR and leadership teams on capability building, hiring, and succession planning.
