Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies: - Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the organization's hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies accordingly. - Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates. - Leverage various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, etc to reach potential candidates. 2. Lead the recruitment team: - Provide guidance and mentorship to the recruitment team, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement. - Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations. - Foster a positive and inclusive work environment within the team, encouraging collaboration and professional growth. 3. Build and maintain relationships: - Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand their talent requirements and provide strategic guidance. - Collaborate with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and universities, to expand the talent pool and build a strong employer brand. 4. Enhance employer branding and candidate experience: - Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and differentiate the organization as an employer of choice. - Continuously improve the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive journey for all applicants. - Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
