About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Manager to spearhead hospital revenue growth through referral marketing, consultant engagement, and impactful offline campaigns. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, strong stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of healthcare marketing to strengthen Pristyn Cares market presence and drive business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Business Growth:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets across OPD, IPD, and surgical verticals.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through referral channels, doctor engagement, and outreach programs.
- Plan and launch specialty OPDs, health camps, and wellness initiatives to increase patient acquisition.
- Track ROI from marketing initiatives and continuously optimize campaigns for higher conversions.
Referral & Consultant Development:
- Design, lead, and manage referral programs to enhance patient inflow.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors, clinics, and healthcare partners.
- Organize RTMs, CMEs, and networking events to strengthen consultant engagement and retention.
Corporate & Insurance Tie-ups:
- Manage partnerships with corporates, insurance companies, and TPAs to expand business opportunities.
- Coordinate with finance and customer care teams for seamless handling of corporate and insurance cases.
Offline Marketing & Brand Visibility:
- Plan and execute BTL campaigns, field activations, and health awareness programs.
- Conduct market analysis to identify regional trends, opportunities, and competitor strategies.
- Ensure consistent brand visibility and communication across all marketing touchpoints.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, guide, and motivate a team of marketing executives to achieve organizational goals.
- Monitor team performance metrics and foster a high-performance, patient-centric work culture.
