Responsibilities : Own the City P&L - Develop and run the City - Hospital Tie ups, Lab & diagnostic network - Revenue Management - City Level Marketing & Brand Building People Management : - Leadership, problem solving, communication skills to lead and manage a team of 7-8 people - Fair understanding and skills to develop unstructured demand channels - Strong Negotiation and deal closing abilities. Qualifications: - Pedigree education background - 3-5 years of core operations management/sales experience for post graduates - Strong business acumen, analytical skills, data-driven and P&L focused decision making - Ex entrepreneurial experiences a plus
