Role Overview:

We are looking for a Associate Product Manager (early career) to join our Product Team. This role is ideal for candidates who have recently started their journey in product management and want hands-on exposure in building and scaling digital products in the healthcare domain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the Product Head, Engineering, Design, and Business teams

- Assist in defining product requirements, user stories, and feature specifications

- Conduct user research and analyze data to identify product improvements

- Support product roadmap planning and execution

- Track product performance metrics and customer feedback

- Coordinate product launches and feature rollouts

Eligibility / Requirements:

- 0.6 - 1 year of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Consulting, or similar roles

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities

- Basic understanding of product lifecycle, agile methodologies, and user-centric design

- Prior experience in startups, healthcare, or tech products is a plus
