Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and driven professional to lead our Talent Acquisition initiatives while also managing key statutory compliances (PF, ESI, CLRA). The role demands a sharp recruitment strategist who can drive organizational growth by hiring the right talent while ensuring HR operations meet compliance standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sourcing techniques, talent engagement, and statutory HR compliance, balancing both strategic hiring needs and regulatory obligations. Key Focus Areas: Talent Acquisition: 70% HR Compliance (PF, ESI, CLRA): 30% Roles and Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition (70% focus): - Lead the end-to-end recruitment cycle for all business verticals - sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. - Design innovative sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals to attract high-quality candidates. - Collaborate with department heads to define manpower requirements and job specifications. - Create robust talent pipelines for critical and niche roles to enable faster turnaround. - Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice. - Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and process transparency. - Maintain detailed recruitment MIS, tracking key metrics like time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire. - Support early talent development and retention initiatives in coordination with Group HR Head. Compliance and HR Operations (30% focus): - Manage and ensure statutory compliance under PF, ESI, and CLRA for permanent and contractual workforce. - Coordinate with third-party vendors and ensure adherence to compliance obligations at factories/sites. - Assist in handling HR audits, preparing compliance documentation, and resolving observations. - Work closely with the Finance team for monthly payroll inputs, ensuring compliance deductions and filings. - Draft and issue employee documentation such as offer letters, appointment letters, relieving letters, and NOCs. - Maintain and update employee trackers, compliance registers, and records related to staff loans, salary advances, etc. - Prepare employee-related MIS and compliance reports for management review. - Support exit formalities including conducting exit interviews and ensuring final settlements are compliant with legal norms.
