Role: Director-Sales
Reporting to: VP-Sales & Marketing
Ideal Candidate:
As the Director of Sales, youll be responsible for consulting with C-Level executives from IT professional services companies to understand their talent supply chain challenges and showcase how Prismforce can help delivery teams by providing visibility on skill discovery and' teams productivity, enhance CXO's decision-making and increase company margins.
This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a fast growing Vertical B2B SaaS company and help shape and scale the sales organization. Were looking for sharp, energetic and detail-oriented people who are passionate about implementing solutions that transform the status quo. You will need to take ownership of building, managing and driving the sales pipeline and closing enterprise-level deals.
Responsibilities Include:
- Drive sales, aggressively expand the customer base and generate new revenue.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, focusing on enterprise-level deals.
- Foster strong relationships with C-level executives at IT professional services companies, lead in-person client presentations to C-level executives, including information discovery sessions, product demonstrations and proposals.
- Engage with prospects to understand their unique and specific pain points and produce
compelling business cases to meet their needs.
- Contact potential prospects from personally-generated research to build a robust sales
pipeline.
- Work with internal team members to ensure successful on-boarding and implementation for
new clients.
- Work closely with the Leadership Team to provide input on the growth of the business and align revenue strategy with overall company objectives.
Requirements And Skills:
- 8+ years of SaaS sales experience in B2B/Enterprise software sales.
- Established network of C-level executives in the IT professional services industry.
- Good understanding of the IT professional services industry and its talent supply chain challenges preferred.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, expanding customer bases, and closing enterprise-level deals.
- Self-starter with high energy, initiative and motivation.
- Exceptional in-person, verbal and written communication skills a must.
- Ability to work in an entrepreneurial work environment where self-motivated individuals succeed.
