What You'll Do?
Design and Run Advanced Outbound Campaigns:
- Lead execution and continuous improvement for outbound email marketing-using platforms like Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, HubSpot.
- Leverage enrichment tools (ZoomInfo, Clearbit, LinkedIn Navigator) for targeted segmentation and multi-touch automation.
Architect Campaign Automation:
- Build and optimize workflows across the marketing stack (HubSpot, Marketo, n8n) to automate list management, sequencing, segmentation, nurturing, and CRM handoff.
Data Management & Analytics:
- Own the integrity of lead and campaign data.
- Track all engagement (opens, clicks, replies, conversions) in CRM, integrating with analytics dashboards (Google Analytics, custom BI) to surface actionable insights, measure ROI, and drive rapid campaign iteration.
Lead Scoring & Qualification:
- Design and evolve robust lead scoring models in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce)-with clear criteria covering ICP-fit, engagement signals (e.g., form fills, whitepaper downloads), and buying intent.
- Ensure automated, high-fidelity handoff to sales and trigger nurturing actions or enrichment based on scoring thresholds.
Leverage Best-of-Breed Digital Tools:
- Apply AI-driven content and automation platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, Notion AI) for campaign copywriting, list enrichment, and predictive qualification.
Experiment Across Channels:
- Launch supporting growth tests via LinkedIn, paid campaigns, and workflow automations-always learning and optimizing approaches with new technologies.
Collaborate Across Functions:
- Align closely with sales, product, and marketing, ensuring every initiative supports pipeline growth and measurable lead quality.
- Champion startup values by driving practical innovation, agility, and rapid learning.
Drive Thought Leadership:
- Create compelling narratives and campaign assets that position Prismforce as a leader in AI-powered talent management.
Work Startup-Smart:
- Manage campaign budgets and resources efficiently.
- Thrive on juggling multiple priorities, proposing new initiatives, adapting fast, and learning on the go.
What We're Looking For?
- 7+ years' B2B SaaS demand generation, growth and marketing operations-with hands-on mastery of email/outbound campaigns and campaign automation tools.
- Global (US) market outreach experience is a essential.
- Advanced technical skill with outbound/email platforms (Outreach, Apollo, HubSpot), automation/workflow tools (Marketo, Pardot, n8n), CRM systems, enrichment, and analytics dashboards.
- Expert in campaign data management, reporting, and using analytics for ongoing optimization.
- Proven lead scoring and qualification skills-can design, maintain, and improve high-performing models that fuel sales-ready pipelines.
- Digital marketing skills are added advantage to this role

Function & Reporting:
This position is part of the Marketing team, reports directly to the Marketing Head and is a key member of the larger Global Go-To-Market (GTM) team, partnering across marketing, sales, product, and customer success to deliver integrated results
