Job Description:

- We are looking for a Lead Generation Manager who can handle the complete cycle of lead generation - from sourcing to execution and supporting conversion.

- The candidate should know different lead sources, costing, execution strategies, and ways to drive high-quality leads across both retail and corporate segments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across digital, events, referrals, partnerships, etc.

- Manage end-to-end lead cycle - sourcing, nurturing, handover to sales, and supporting conversion.

- Identify and optimize cost-effective channels for leads.

- Track lead quality, conversion ratios, and campaign performance.

- Work closely with the sales team for alignment and continuous improvement.

- Maintain lead data on CRM and generate reports.

Requirements:

- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in retail and corporate lead generation.

- Strong understanding of different lead sources, cost structures, and execution.

- Ability to work independently, plan campaigns, and deliver measurable results.

- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management processes.

- Insurance or financial services background preferred.
