Role Overview:
The Priority Relationship Manager role is a pivotal client-facing position responsible for managing and growing relationships with high-net-worth clients within the Delhi NCR region. This role involves understanding clients' financial goals, providing tailored investment advice, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance their wealth. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including investment specialists and product managers, to deliver exceptional service and achieve client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients by understanding their financial needs and providing personalized wealth management solutions.
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and targeted marketing initiatives.
- Provide expert advice on investment opportunities, including equities, fixed income, and alternative investments, tailored to individual client profiles.
- Conduct regular client reviews to assess financial performance, adjust investment strategies, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to wealth management and client interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
- Stay abreast of market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investment specialists, product managers, and compliance officers.

- Experience in upselling and cross-selling financial products and services to meet client objectives.
- In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry, including regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required; advanced certifications such as CFP or CFA are preferred.
- Adaptable to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
