Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute all digital marketing including SEO/SEM, marketing epaper, newsletter, social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end client experience across multiple channels and client touch points.
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Qualification & Experience
- Proven digital marketing experience of a min 5 -7 years in any reputed company.
- Demonstrated experience working on digital campaigns, specifically with Google & Facebook ads.
- Experience in other ad serving technologies is an added plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office software and aptitude to learn new systems.
- Good analytical skills for reporting/optimising/providing performance insights.
- Experience managing multiple competing priorities, duties and projects in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Working knowledge of HTML and Javascript is a plus.
