Principle - Investment Banking

- We are seeking a Principal to join our high-performing team with a sharp focus on pure transaction execution.

- Unlike traditional origination-heavy roles, this position is centered on the end-to-end ownership of fundraising mandates.

- You will lead the fundraising process for startups primarily within the Technology, Consumer, and Healthcare sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Mandate Execution: Take independent, end-to-end ownership of transaction mandates from initiation to closure.

- Deal Management: Drive the preparation of high-quality deliverables, including Pitch Decks, Information Memorandums (IMs), and complex Financial Models.

- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Analysts and Associates to ensure excellence in deal collateral and process management.

- Investor Relations: Leverage and expand a deep network of domestic and global PE/VC funds and Family Offices to facilitate successful capital raises.

- Negotiation: Lead term sheet negotiations and manage the closing process to ensure optimal outcomes for clients.

Candidate Selection Criteria:

Must-Have Experience:

- Proven Track Record: Mandatory experience in closing 3 to 10 deals.

- Execution Depth: Ability to independently execute mandates without relying on backend support; hands-on experience in every stage of a transaction is essential.

- Direct Fundraising: Specific experience in fundraising transactions (Series B/B+ preferred).

- Investor Network: Demonstrated depth of existing investor relationships built through successfully executed transactions.

Preferred Backgrounds: Candidates from Tier 1 or Tier 2 Investment Banking firms

Who Should NOT Apply (Explicit Exclusions):

- Profiles focused solely on Origination, Coverage, or Business Development without execution depth.

- Experience limited to KPO, backend support, or corporate BD roles.

- Candidates with experience exclusively in IPO-only or M&A-only profiles.

- Candidates seeking a deployment-oriented or buy-side role.
