Principal/Vice President - Investments

Were hiring: Principal / VP, Investments | Bangalore

On behalf of our client, a leading global early-stage VC firm with ~USD 1Bn under management, we're looking for a Principal / VP, Investments to join its Bangalore team.

The role:

Own the investment cycle end to end, from sourcing and evaluating startups to running diligence, executing deals and supporting portfolio founders. You'll work directly with the Partners and help shape the fund's pipeline and investment theses.

You might be a fit if you have:

- 7 - 10 years in venture capital, growth equity, private equity, investment banking, consulting or a high-growth startup

- A track record of sourcing and leading early-stage investments

- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, and a network in the Indian startup ecosystem

- High ownership, curiosity and genuine empathy for founders
