Principal/Vice President - Investment Banking

What You'll Do:

- Lead end-to-end execution of early-stage and Series A fundraises.

- Independently source and close mandates with minimal oversight.

- Manage founder and investor relationships at senior levels.

- Build and lead a team of analysts and associates.

- Leverage a strong network of VC/PE funds and family offices.

What We're Looking For:

- Closed 5+ VC/PE deals, ideally Series A and early-growth.

- Proven ability to source and close mandates independently.

- Deep network across VCs, PEs, and family offices (domestic + global).

- Strong dealmaking and founder engagement experience.

- Track record of managing high-performing teams.
