Principal - Venture Capital

As Principal, you will play a leadership role in sourcing, evaluating, executing, and managing investments, while supporting the overall fund strategy and growth. You'll be expected to act as a thought partner to the Managing Partners, lead investment theses, and mentor analysts/associates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deal Sourcing & Pipeline Management

- Identify high-potential startups through founder networks, accelerators, VCs, and ecosystem connects

- Lead thematic research and market mapping in target sectors

- Investment Evaluation & Execution

- Lead diligence across business, financial, legal, and product dimensions

- Support LP communications, reporting, and fundraising efforts

Qualifications:

- 5-7 years of relevant experience in VC/PE, startup founding, investment banking, consulting, or family office investing

- Strong academic background in business, finance, tech, or economics (MBA/CFA is a plus)

Work Days & Time: Monday - Saturday: 9.30am - 06.00pm

2nd & 4th Saturday: Off
