Role : Principal Recruiter
- Partner closely with Engineering leaders to understand organizational priorities and workforce plans.
- Build and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor on market intelligence, compensation trends, and competitive talent mapping.
- Own hiring for senior and niche technical roles
- Manage sourcing strategy, outreach, pipeline development, assessment, offer negotiation, and candidate experience.
- Own candidate experience for top-tier prospects
Qualifications
- 8 -15+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in high-growth product or technology organizations.
- Deep understanding of hiring for Engineering, Product, Data, Cloud, Security, and other technical domains.
- Proven success in hiring for senior/principal-level and niche tech roles.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate autonomously and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
- Experience in using ATS, sourcing tools, talent intelligence platforms, and data-driven TA practices.
