Want to build India's next big deep tech companies from day zero, alongside people who've done it before?
We are a venture builder started by Mohit Tandon (co-founder, Delhivery) and Himanshu Aggarwal (co-founder & CEO, Aspiring Minds).
We now work full time on starting and scaling next-generation technology companies in India.
We've incubated 5 businesses so far in Energy Transition, Generative AI and Intelligent Machines.
We incubate, invest and build!
We're looking for a Principal to work right alongside us, helping run the studio and rolling up their sleeves with our portfolio companies.
What makes this role different:
- You learn by building, working directly with founders who have scaled global businesses.
- This isn't a junior seat.
- You'll work across several deep tech companies at once: strategy, product, hiring, go-to-market, operations.
- You'll own real problems from the start, with fast feedback and no layers of hierarchy.
- For the right person, this can lead to a leadership or co-founder role in one of our current or future companies.
Who we're looking for:
- Ex-founders, experienced engineers or operators with 3+ years of experience.
- People who like ambiguity, think across functions and get things done.
- People who are curious about deep tech and excited about building in India.
Good to know:
- Full time, in office, Gurgaon.
- This is not an investment or VC role - it's a hands-on building role.
