
We are hiring a "Principal Specialist - Sales Analytics & Forecasting" to drive data-driven decision-making for global sales teams. This role will focus on sales pipeline analysis, revenue forecasting, and identifying growth opportunities using data insights.
Experience - 5 to 8 years
Location - Gurugram (Remote) US/UK Shifts
Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue trends
- Build and manage forecasting models for revenue prediction
- Identify sales performance gaps and growth opportunities
- Create dashboards and reports (Power BI / Tableau)
- Work closely with sales leadership and stakeholders
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in sales analytics / revenue analytics
- Strong experience in forecasting and pipeline analysis
- Hands-on with Excel + Power BI / Tableau
- Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
- Experience in B2B / IT services / SaaS environment
