Lead and prepare a deal proposal and solution as per client requirement 2. Responsible for handling a range of complex HR projects and issues (employee experience, organisation transformation, leadership development, training, pay and benefits, performance management, people management, business change) 3. Partner with clients, taking ownership of their HR issues and initiatives, and work to resolve these to ensure that best possible outcomes are achieved for the client 4. Lead project delivery and management along with key stakeholder management Eligibility criteria: 1. BTech/ BE and MBA in HR from a reputed institute 2. Prior experience in any of these areas: talent management, OD, culture, employee experience, change 3. Must have experience of working in a consulting environment handling multiple projects and client relationships 4.
