- Proven ability to translate high-level business risks into actionable technical requirements and engineering solutions.
- Strong proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools and automation frameworks, with the ability to build self-healing security systems.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence executive-level decision-making.
- A collaborative mindset, capable of navigating matrixed organizations and fostering partnerships across engineering and operations teams.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, complemented by 12 to 18 years of progressive experience in infrastructure security.
