The technology product division is focused on building innovative platforms aimed at disrupting the private equity and investment ecosystem. The unit is developing an Operating System for Investment Work (W-OS), designed to deliver faster, smarter, and more automated approaches to diligence, analysis, and decision-making through advanced digital capabilities.

Overview:

This Product Manager will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of a core enterprise product portfolio within the Workforce Operating System (W-OS). The platform is designed to provide a unified research and work orchestration environment, enabling frictionless onboarding, automated execution of investment workflows, and seamless allocation of tasks requiring human expertise.

The Principal Product Manager will be responsible for driving the product vision, strategy, and execution through strategic planning, cross-functional leadership, and strong understanding of user and market needs. The portfolio includes workflow automation and orchestration capabilities that leverage LLM-based technology, with a focus on automation, configurability, and reusable product components.

This role will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, service delivery leaders, product teams, and engineering to define desired outcomes, build scalable solutions, and deliver high-impact features that materially improve productivity and user experience across the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Concretizing organization objective(s), build product vision, roadmap along with leadership

- Communicating vision, roadmap and progress to cross-functional stakeholders

- Understanding customer needs and translating them into detailed product specifications including mockups, user stories, test cases, etc.

- Effectively communicate the product vision, progress, and challenges to executive leadership, customers, and other key stakeholders

- Use data and metrics to monitor product performance, inform product strategy, and justify product decisions

- Provide leadership to Product Managers and groom them

- Spearhead the development of innovative products and features that solve real customer problems and provide unique differentiation

- Defining and measuring KPI's/KRA for feature(s) and ensuring the product roadmap is verified through measurable outcomes

Prerequisites:

- Excellent spoken and written communication, receptive listening skills, and ability to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences

- Ability to work with ambiguity, balance multiple work items, and learn quickly

- Experience with enterprise-level software applications and technologies

- Knowledge of investment research and products used will be an added advantage

- Familiarity with Product Development Life Cycle and strong product management and technical skills having comfort in a fast-paced, Agile Scrum environment

- Strong process driver with expertise in Mockup tools - Figma and Adobe Xd, Agile management Jira and Confluence/or other product softwares

Experience:

3+ years of Product portfolio leadership with total of 8+ years in product management. Experience in building agentic system will be huge plus.

Education:

Engineering or Management degree from a premier Institute (IIT and/or IIM preferred)
