Hiring for a leading HealthTech AdTech product company for a high-impact Principal Product Manager role.

Role Overview:

Drive the strategy and growth of identity resolution products - HCP Graph, deterministic/probabilistic identity systems, and large-scale data integrations. Lead end-to-end product lifecycle across data, engineering, design, demand/supply teams, and AI/ML initiatives.

Mandatory Criteria (Must-Have):

- 7+ years in Product Management, including end-to-end ownership of data/AI/ML products

- 2+ years in Healthcare, Pharma, Life Sciences, HealthTech, or AdTech

- Strong understanding of DSP (Demand-Side Platform) & supply ecosystems

- Experience with identity systems, data intelligence, programmatic advertising, or marketplace platforms

- Hands-on collaboration with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Supply, and Demand teams

- Tier-1 education (UG or PG)

- HealthTech exposure - current or past

- IC Role
