Principal Product Manager - eProcurement

Role Overview:

We are looking for a heavy-hitting, product-led Principal Product Manager to take the wheel of a core eProcurement engine, scale it, and make it unstoppable. You will own the roadmap, bridge strategic vision with engineering execution.

No hand-holding. No rigid corporate layers. Just pure product ownership.

Mandatory:

- Proficiency in Agile methodologies with hands-on experience in JIRA, Confluence, and Aha!

What you'll actually do:

- Ship & Scale: Own the product lifecycle from an unformed idea on a Miro board to massive global adoption.

- Translate Chaos: Turn complex customer feedback into crisp, high-impact specs that engineers love to build.

- Lead the Room: Keep Product, Tech, and Growth teams perfectly locked into the same vision.

- Outsmart the Market: Run deep industry and competitive analysis to spot tech trends before everyone else does.

Your Specs:

- The Mileage: 8+ years in enterprise software, with 6+ years running the show in Product Management (B2B SaaS is your playground).

- The Brains: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

- The Toolkit: You map roadmaps in your sleep, kill it in Agile setups, and know your way around Jira/Confluence.

- The Attitude: You are a proactive, self-starting builder who can pitch to executives and debate technical architecture with engineers without missing a beat.

- Bonus Points: You have built P2P software, fintech workflows, or high-volume marketplace platforms before.
