Role Overview:
As a Principal Product Manager, you will spearhead the evolution of our next-generation AI ecosystem, focusing on the intersection of Agentic AI and Large Language Models. You will operate at the strategic helm, translating complex technical capabilities into intuitive, high-impact products that redefine user workflows. Your day-to-day involves navigating the ambiguity of emerging AI technologies, collaborating closely with cross-functional engineering and data science squads, and aligning product roadmaps with executive stakeholders. By bridging the gap between cutting-edge research and scalable commercial applications, you will directly influence business growth and set the standard for how our customers interact with intelligent, autonomous systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the long-term product vision for Agentic AI initiatives to ensure our platform remains at the forefront of the generative AI landscape.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of LLM-based features, from conceptualization and prompt engineering strategy to deployment and performance optimization for end-users.
- Partner with engineering and research teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring high-quality delivery of complex AI models.
- Analyze market trends and user feedback to iterate on product features, driving measurable improvements in user engagement and operational efficiency.
- Communicate product strategy and performance metrics to senior leadership, fostering transparency and alignment across the organization.
Required Skillset:
- Proven ability to lead complex product roadmaps in high-growth environments, with a deep understanding of the AI/ML development lifecycle.
- Demonstrated expertise in conceptualizing and shipping products powered by Generative AI and LLMs, with a focus on user-centric design.
- Strong analytical mindset to interpret technical data and translate it into actionable business insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams and executive leadership in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment in Gurgaon, maintaining high levels of autonomy and collaborative output.
- Educational background from a premier institute, complemented by 10 to 14 years of relevant experience in product management roles.
