About the Role: We are seeking a highly accomplished and visionary Principal Product Manager with over 10 years of experience to lead the strategy, creation, and commercial success of our cutting-edge software test automation products. This is a critical leadership role for an individual who deeply understands the software quality landscape, can envision the future of test automation with AI, and has a proven track record of not just building exceptional products but also successfully bringing them to market and driving significant adoption and revenue. You will be instrumental in aligning our product roadmap with our new vision and mission, ensuring our solutions deliver unparalleled value to our global customers. Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Product Leadership: Define, own, and articulate the long-term product vision and strategy for test automation suite, ensuring alignment with overall company vision and market demands. - End-to-End Product Lifecycle Management: Drive the entire product lifecycle from ideation, market research, detailed requirements definition, through development, launch, and post-launch performance analysis. - Deep Market & Customer Understanding: Conduct extensive market research, competitive analysis, and customer engagement to deeply understand market needs, pain points, and emerging trends in software quality assurance, test automation, and AI in testing. Product Commercialization & Go-to-Market (GTM): - Lead the pricing, packaging, and licensing strategies for new features and products. - Develop compelling product messaging and positioning. - Partner closely with Marketing and Sales to develop and execute successful GTM strategies that drive adoption and revenue growth. - Create sales enablement materials, conduct sales training, and serve as a product expert for high-value customer engagements. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure product features are clearly defined, technically feasible, delivered on time, and meet market needs. - Innovation & AI Integration: Identify and champion opportunities to embed advanced AI and machine learning capabilities into our test automation solutions, driving the next generation of "effortless quality." - Performance Monitoring & Iteration: Define and track key product metrics, analyze performance data, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and new feature development. - Thought Leadership: Represent the organization as a subject matter expert at industry events, conferences, and in publications, evangelizing our vision for the future of software quality. Qualifications: - 10+ years of progressive experience in Product Management for enterprise B2B software products, with a strong emphasis on Software Test Automation and/or Quality Assurance solutions. - Demonstrated, hands-on experience in the creation of successful software products AND a proven track record in their commercialization and selling within competitive markets. This includes experience with GTM strategy, pricing, packaging, and sales enablement. - Deep domain expertise in software testing methodologies, test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Appium, but not limited to), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices. - Solid technical acumen, capable of engaging in technical discussions with engineering teams and understanding underlying architectural complexities. - Exceptional communication (written and verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences (technical, business, executive). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. - Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority and influence stakeholders at all levels. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Preferred Qualifications: - Master's degree or MBA. - Experience with AI concepts and their application in software testing. - Prior experience with SaaS and/or eclipse-based product management. - Experience in a fast-paced, agile development environment. - Global market experience.
