ABOUT MTOTE ANALYTICS

mTote Analytics is building the world's first micro-thematic indexing engine for global equities - enabling NRIs and global retail investors to invest in conviction themes (AI Infrastructure, EV, Defence, Semiconductors, Energy Transition) without picking individual stocks.

PRIMARY REQUIREMENT

mTote Invest requires an IFSCA Investment Adviser (IA) licence under the CMI Regulations 2025. IFSCA mandates that every registered IA must have a Principal Officer physically present in GIFT City who holds NISM Series X-A and X-B certifications.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Own all IFSCA CMI Regulations 2025 obligations.

- Coordinate with legal counsel to complete the SWIT application.

- Design KYC/AML, risk profiling, and suitability frameworks for NRI and global clients.

- Work with global brokers to ensure seamless client execution.

- Recruit and lead the GIFT City team.

MUST HAVE

- NISM Series X-A and X-B certifications.

- IFSCA-eligible qualification (PG degree in Finance/Commerce/STEM/Law or CA/CFA/CMA/CS).

- 2+ years financial services experience.

- Capital markets understanding.

- GIFT City relocation commitment.

- Clean regulatory record.
