Principal Officer - Insurance Operations & Compliance

Regulatory Compliance & Reporting:

- Own the IRDAI reporting process and ensure compliance with all regulations.

- Coordinate with legal teams to interpret and implement IRDAI regulations across the organization.

- Develop and maintain insurance-related MIS reports for regulatory submissions.

- Oversee claim settlement, claim investigations, and claim payment processing.

- Track and expedite closure of customer insurance claims to ensure timely settlements.

- Negotiate with internal and external stakeholders on insurance policies and related matters.

Client & Stakeholder Management:

- Manage client relationships, ensuring high service quality in claims processing and policy administration. o Facilitate communication between insurance partners, internal teams, and senior management.

Process & Operations Improvement:

- Analyze and optimize insurance operations, workflows, and SOPs.

- Implement best practices to enhance productivity and compliance standards.

- Support business development initiatives by identifying growth opportunities in insurance services.
