Position Name - Principal Officer

Location - Gift City, Gandhinagar

Experience Range - 5+ yrs

Mandatory Requirement:

- Minimum 5+ years in fund management, compliance, investment

- strong background in investment management, fund raising, SEBI/IFSC regulations, and risk & compliance oversight.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

- Oversee fund structuring, investment strategies, and portfolio management in line with IFSC/GIFT City regulations.

- Drive fundraising activities, investor relations, and capital deployment strategies.

- Ensure compliance with SEBI (IFSC) Guidelines and other regulatory frameworks applicable to FMEs.

- Act as the designated Principal Officer responsible for ensuring full regulatory compliance.

- Liaise with IFSCA, SEBI, RBI, and other regulatory bodies for reporting, audits, and compliance matters.

- Develop, implement, and monitor risk management policies to mitigate regulatory and operational risks.

- Conduct due diligence, investment analysis, and risk assessment of fund portfolios.

- Ensure alignment of fund operations with financial and regulatory requirements.

- Establish and oversee internal control mechanisms for fund performance and investor protection.

Qualification and Experience:

- Minimum 5+ years in fund management, compliance, investment

- Qualification: MBA (Finance), CFA, CA, or equivalent financial certification.

- Domain Expertise: Strong knowledge of SEBI (IFSC) Guidelines, IFSCA regulations, AIF structures
