The company is a leading independent property consultancy in the UK offering agency and professional advice on Commercial, Residential and Real Estate investment transactions.

Established in 1897, the Company now comprises a global network of over 200 offices. In India the company has presence in 8 metro cities and provides real estate solutions across Research & Advisory, Agency, Project Management and Facilities Management verticals. The Business Services team includes functions that advise on Marketing, Human Resource, Finance, Legal, IT and Commercial.

This role is based at Mumbai and reports to Vice President - Consultancy (Advisory) services

Responsibilities:

Key Accountabilities:

Business Development:

- Business Development meetings in order to understand the client requirements

- Client handling, preparation & presentation of business pitches / proposals

- Maintaining business relationships, and updating the internal system with activities on that front

- Team Management and Assignment Execution

- Would handle / lead all the assignments being delivered by The Advisory services

- Balance multiple engagements and responsibilities

- Consultancy Reports for Real Estate including Financial Feasibilities study (Financial

- Feasibility Study, Highest and best use study, Development option Study, Business strategy, transaction advisory etc.)

- Develop and maintain complex financial models for real estate acquisitions, developments, dispositions, and joint ventures.

- Conduct sensitivity analyses, scenario modelling, and return metrics (IRR, NPV etc.).

The assignment management would involve the following:

- Client Interactions and management

- Team management

- Site Visits

- Detailed Financial analysis (Evaluate data, prepares forecasts, analyzes trends and presents results pertaining to real estate assets)

- Data Sufficiency assessment

- Report Preparation and review

- Presentation and Discussion of results / recommendations / valuations etc with the client

Quality:

- Maintain the organization quality standards.

- Play the role of Checker in the "Maker-Checker-Reviewer" quality control process.

- Required to discuss and incorporate feedback received from Process Head

- Leading the team with Billing and Collection

- Business Process Management

- Maintaining and updating the Regional MIS

- Maintaining the team time sheets

- Ensuring compliance to Standard Operating Procedures.

- Ensuring assignment is completed within agreed timelines and costs

- Updating of Relationship activities in the central data base

People Management Responsibilities:

- Leadership skill to guide the team

- Good interpersonal skills to coordinate with various functions

- Build good relationship with functional leaders and stakeholders

- Good understanding of the organisation

Professional experience and Competency Profile:

- Charted Accountant / MBA from reputed Business School / Postgraduate in Finance with 5 to 9 years consulting experience is preferred .


- Candidate with working experience in Real Estate and having exposure in making detailed Financial models will be essential.


- Travelling experience to other destinations for meetings/conducting research is necessary.
