Position: Principal - Investments (Listed)

Role Overview:

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the listed equities portfolio (direct equities, ETFs, MFs, PMS) including research, investment decisions, monitoring, and exits, with the objective of delivering benchmark-beating returns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and evaluate investment opportunities with a 35 year horizon

- Build and maintain strong insights on macro and sectoral trends

- Engage with external advisors/consultants to stay ahead of market developments

- Track portfolio performance and drive timely investment decisions

Requirements:

- MBA / CA / CFA preferred

- 10+ years of direct investing experience

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach

- High integrity and result orientation

- Effective team player with leadership capability

- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills

Location: Delhi

Compensation:

60L - 80L + LTIP

Preferred Background:

- Buy-side experience in Indian equities (Mutual Funds, PMS, Family Office), or

- Sell-side experience across multiple sectors with a strong research track record and intent to transition to a fundamental buy-side role
