Principal - Investment Banking - Agnostic Sector

We are seeking a principal to join our entrepreneurial and high-performing investment banking team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong deal execution skills and the ability to independently source transactions.

Key Criteria:

- Led & closed at least 8 deals as a dealmaker (primarily Series B+ transactions).

- Ability to independently source mandates

- Ability to independently execute the transactions and overseeing the due diligence, analysis and documentation for the transaction.

- Longstanding network with domestic and global PE/VC Funds, Family Offices etc.

preferably with the ability to do Series B / Series B+ transactions.

- Building relationships with key players and CXO/ decision makers in the sector.

- Regular interactions with existing clients / new leads to handle relationship efficiently.

- Should have led a team of analysts/associates in the past.

Location: The company has offices in Bangalore, Delhi and Mumbai and is looking to hire in these 3 locations (exceptions can be made for exceptional candidates if the situation demands).

Compensation: Top-tier compensation (composed of fixed salary, performance bonus and long-term bonus) offered based on candidate's past experience and fitment.
