Principal - Investment Banking

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced investment professional to lead our fundraise execution efforts across various stages, from early-stage rounds to Series A, B, C, and beyond. The ideal candidate will not only have a proven track record of deal execution but also possess strong relationship-building skills and the ability to mentor a growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end execution of fundraising processes, including deal origination, structuring, negotiation, and closure, for early-stage to Series C+ rounds.

- Independently identify, source, and develop new mandates and client relationships, ensuring a strong pipeline of opportunities.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with top-tier venture capital, private equity funds, and family offices to facilitate current and future deals.

- Manage, guide, and mentor analysts and associates, fostering professional growth and maintaining high performance standards.

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic approaches for capital raising and investor engagement.

- Provide insights and recommendations on market trends, investor preferences, and emerging opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Proven track record with 8-10+ successfully closed VC/PE deals, demonstrating a strong understanding of deal dynamics and investment processes.

- Extensive network across venture capital, private equity, and family offices, with the ability to leverage connections to source and close deals independently.

- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience guiding and mentoring junior team members.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building capabilities.

- Self-starter with the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

- Deep understanding of fundraising structures, investor expectations, and market trends.
