Role: Principal - Impact Consulting

Location: Mumbai / Bangalore / Delhi NCR (Work from home, with frequent travel)

Reporting to: Partner / CEO

The People Order is partnering on an exclusive leadership search for a Principal Impact Consulting role with a fast-growing impact advisory platform working with leading corporations and foundations across India.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy consulting, CSR, and large-scale social impact and will play a key part in shaping how institutional philanthropy drives outcomes.

What the role involves:

- Building and strengthening relationships with CSR leaders, corporate foundations and philanthropies

- Designing high-impact solutions across partner selection, program strategy, monitoring and evaluation

- Leading complex consulting engagements and large-scale initiatives

- Hiring and mentoring strong teams

- Driving thought leadership within the CSR and development ecosystem

Who this role is for:

- 12-15 years of experience across consulting, CSR, corporate or the development sector

- Strong track record in business growth, client engagement and team leadership

- Deep understanding of the CSR and social impact landscape

- Domain expertise in areas such as education, health, livelihoods, skilling or sustainability
