Job Description:

Lead and scale a high-impact Forensic & Risk Integrity Services practice as Principal at a fast-growing consulting firm. This entrepreneurial role offers full P&L ownership, with accountability for revenue growth, client delivery, and team leadership across Pan-India.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own P&L: Drive strategic growth, profitability, and new service lines in forensic technology/risk analytics.

- Business Development: Acquire clients independently (own sources, not cross-selling), craft proposals, and build thought leadership.

- Delivery Excellence: Oversee fraud investigations, integrity due diligence (pre/post-PE), brand protection, compliance reviews (ABC), and dispute resolution.

- Team Leadership: Build/mentor multi-disciplinary teams; manage performance and innovation.

- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with regulators, law enforcement (Customs, Police, etc.), and CXOs.

Candidate Profile:

- 12-18+ years in Forensic Investigations/Risk Consulting; 5+ years leadership.

- CA preferred; MBA/M.Com; CFE (preferred/pursuing).

- Proven BD track record with revenue growth/P&L management.

- Expertise: Forensic tools (Intella, EnCase), compliance frameworks, investigative methodologies.

- Mumbai-based; Pan-India travel.
