Immediate leadership role for Qualified CA to lead financial ops, compliance, BD, and team in fast-growing consulting firm.

Job Summary

Own end-to-end financial reporting, ensure GST/TDS compliance, drive new client wins in financial due diligence, and lead a high-performing team. Noida-based with client travel across Delhi/NCR and beyond. Perfect for Big4 (PwC/EY/KPMG) alumni ready for P&L impact.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review books, prepare MIS/balance sheets/cash flows, implement SOPs/internal controls.

- Handle GST/TDS filings, audits, Ind AS compliance; e-commerce accounting a plus.

- Pursue BD leads: Network, proposals, client presentations for financial due diligence.

- Lead/mentor team: Deliver reports, recommendations, performance management.

- Stay ahead on trends, contribute thought leadership.

Must-Have Qualifications

- Qualified CA with 15+ years post-qual experience (consulting pref).

- Strong client handling, BD (new acquisition), team leadership.

- Excellent comm skills, personality, decision-making; travel-ready (Delhi/NCR+).

- Tools: Accounting software, PowerPoint.
