Role : Principal (Technology practice) Executive Search
We are looking for an experienced Principal Executive Search to join our growing leadership hiring Technology practice and help shape the future of leadership across our client organizations.
As a Principal, you and your team will lead senior-level and C-suite search engagements (Technology), advise clients on leadership strategy, and champion the identification of diverse, high-impact executive talent. This role offers the opportunity to influence boardrooms, support organizational transformation, and drive inclusive leadership outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Acquire new clients and Lead end-to-end executive search assignments for senior leadership and C-suite mandates
- Partner with clients to understand business strategy, leadership requirements, and succession needs
- Design and execute search strategies that prioritize access to diverse talent pools and underrepresented leadership communities
- Conduct executive assessments, candidate interviews, and stakeholder management throughout the search lifecycle
- Build trusted relationships with senior executives, founders, boards, and industry leaders
- Mentor and develop consultants and researchers while fostering an inclusive and high-performance team culture
- Contribute to business development, thought leadership, and practice growth initiatives
What We're Looking For :
- 8 - 15 years of experience in Executive Search, Leadership Hiring, or Talent Advisory
- Strong track record of delivering leadership and C-suite mandates across sectors
- Exceptional client management, influencing, and relationship-building capabilities
- Deep market insights and a strong executive network
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to excellence and innovation
