Were looking for someone to join our leadership team in South India - managing the Consumer and HR practices across both existing client relationships and new business. Youll own the P&L, lead pitches, drive mandates end-to-end, and mentor a high-performing team.
We work closely with Private Equity firms, VCs, founders, and CXOs to help them identify and hire top leadership talent.
As a P&L lead, you will be at the center of these conversations driving value, building trust, and influencing the leadership landscape across fast-growing and established organizations.
What Youll Own:
- Full P&L responsibility for South India (Consumer & HR practices)
- Client relationships deepening existing ones and building new ones
- End-to-end mandate execution sourcing, strategy, engagement, closure
- Team leadership managing, mentoring, and growing a sharp consulting team
- Business development identifying new opportunities and markets
Who You Are:
- 815 years of experience in HR, consulting, talent acquisition, or business roles
- Great with people understanding, influencing, and aligning them
- Entrepreneurial in spirit, structured in action
- Curious, confident, and committed to building long-term value
- Ready to step up, take charge, and lead from the front
