Key Requirements : - Help creating strategies and identifying opportunities for the partnership and program to drive growth of Company business - Work with cross functional teams, including but not limited to Marketing, Delivery, Finance and Legal to drive value through partnerships and visibility of BD activities - Develop partner strategy and evaluate potential partners who can help further Company's efforts to develop the world's largest and most efficient IT Product talent hiring - Manage deal execution, drive implementation of integration(s) and manage partner relationships once deal is signed - Source and negotiate key partner relationships that support business objectives - Travel will be required for this role Basic Qualifications : - 5+ years of business development, partnership management or business strategy role - Experience negotiating agreements, interpreting legal documents and working with legal teams to complete agreements (ideally in internet/mobile industry) Preferred Qualifications : - B2B Sales / business Development experience - CX level collaboration and stakeholder engagement - P&L Management - Ability to think both strategically and creatively to solve complex business issues - Comfortable working in entrepreneurial environment with a growth mindset - Experience of collaborating with cross-functional teams and partners - Acts like an owner, takes responsibility for one's actions and for outcomes related to one's decisions - Good Communication Skills.
