Role Overview:
Lead performance improvement and cost transformation engagements across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement and Working Capital. Work closely with clients and internal teams to identify improvement opportunities, develop data-driven solutions and deliver measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Delivery & Problem Solving:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of performance improvement projects.
- Analyze client data to identify cost reduction, EBITDA improvement and operational efficiency opportunities.
- Support procurement, supply chain, manufacturing and working capital diagnostics.
- Develop client-ready presentations, analytical models, dashboards and recommendations.
- Solve complex business problems using data, analytics and structured problem-solving.
2. Stakeholder & Team Management:
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Lead client discussions, workshops and working sessions.
- Manage multiple workstreams and ensure timely project delivery.
- Identify project risks and proactively resolve issues.
- Mentor and guide team members.
3. Capability Building & Innovation:
- Develop new solutions, tools, frameworks and reusable IP.
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery through analytics, automation and GenAI.
- Develop scalable tools, diagnostics and accelerators.
- Contribute to proposals, business development and capability-building initiatives.
- Support recruitment, training and other internal initiatives.
Experience & Qualification:
- Graduate: 8 - 12 years of relevant experience in consulting, operations or cost transformation.
- Postgraduate: 6 - 9 years of relevant experience in consulting, operations or cost transformation.
- Experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Cost Transformation or Performance Improvement preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
