
Urgently hiring FDD Principal Consultant for consulting firm in Andheri East,Mumbai.
CA Candidates with 10+yrs of experience will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Due Diligence:
- Lead and execute financial due diligence engagements for M&A transactions, including evaluating the financial health, risks, and opportunities of target companies.
- Analyze financial statements, projections, and business models to assess the accuracy and reliability of financial information.
- Identify key deal issues, assess the financial impact, and provide recommendations to clients.
- Prepare comprehensive due diligence reports highlighting findings and presenting them to clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, tax, and operational due diligence, to provide holistic transaction support.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics to provide informed insights during the due diligence process.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by leveraging existing networks and developing new client relationships.
- Lead and participate in client pitches, presentations, and proposals to secure new mandates.
- Develop and implement strategies for client acquisition, market penetration, and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create targeted campaigns and initiatives to attract potential clients.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by understanding their evolving needs and providing value-added services.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Mentor, coach, and develop junior team members, providing guidance on technical skills, client management, and career growth.
- Lead by example in maintaining a high standard of work ethics, professionalism, and integrity.
- Allocate resources effectively to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients during due diligence engagements, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service delivery.
- Understand client objectives and tailor due diligence procedures to align with their strategic goals.
- Provide ongoing support to clients post-transaction, offering insights and advice on integration and value realization.
Qualifications:
- Mandatory to be CA qualified
- 10+ years of experience in financial due diligence, transaction advisory, or related fields within a consulting environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex due diligence projects and leading teams.
- Strong financial analysis, modeling, and report-writing skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated experience in business development, client management, and generating revenue growth.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong understanding of the Mumbai market and regional business dynamics is preferred.
