
Position Overview:
- Purple Quarter is currently seeking a highly skilled professional with a proven track record in executive search, senior/CXO level Hiring, Mid Level Hiring, Head Hunting, Industry Mapping, Networking, Salary Negotiation, Team Handling, and Client Management.
- The ideal candidate should possess a specialty in Recruitment, specifically in Head Hunting, Search Assignments, and Top-Level CXO Recruitment.
- This role requires strategic thinking, relationship building, and business development expertise.
Responsibilities:
- You will manage the end-to-end search process and become the trusted advisor and subject matter expert around candidate sourcing effectiveness.
- Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates and build talent pools for current and future requirements.
- Manage all candidates effectively throughout the recruitment process.
- Create an assessment summary for prospective candidates.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency across the organization.
- Develop the sourcing strategy and lead execution.
- Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the interview process, from interview preparation to assisting with final offer negotiation.
- Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other candidate relationships.
- Utilize your understanding of various recruiting sources and implement creative recruiting techniques to identify exceptional people and explore new business opportunities.
- Create relationships with clients and candidates that benefit both parties and collaborate with a motivated team.
Requirements:
- 5 to 15 years of experience in IT hiring/Executive Search firm/Recruitment agency.
- Experience in Leadership, Technology hiring at C and C-1 level is good to have.
- Should have a deep understanding of complete recruiting including sourcing, networking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
