The company has been growing rapidly and takes pride in its people centric practices Role: Principle Client Service Manager Location : Bangalore Experience - Minimum 12+ years CTC - upto 35 LPA Key Responsibilities of the role: - Engaging in P&L management and ensuring profitable accounts - Ensuring revenue numbers, per team member, as per the target - Ensuring timely DSO collections - Ensuring the achievement of SLAs by all the members of the team - Engaging in stakeholder management and ensuring client satisfaction - Engaging in process improvement, service enhancement, and audits - Ensuring efficiency and innovation in methodology and increasing the scope of service opportunities - Engaging in team management and ensuring the development and retention of key members - Being a brand ambassador of the AMS group and engaging in knowledge management Key Skills Required: - Minimum 12-15 years of recruitment experience. - Large team management experience - Multiple account management/P&L management - RPO/ Recruitment outsourcing experience preferred.
