Beecorp Consulting Pvt Ltd ( formerly Auro Ace Management Pvt Ltd ) is a three decade old Management Consultancy, which predominantly focused in Talent Search & Placements. The changed identity is to enlarge the business and geography reach, which was slowdown after the pandemic.

While before the 2015 we were quite prominent across Pan India including few overseas locations, we are regrouping ourselves once again to aggressively embark on a high scale of business expansion.

Towards this, we are inviting " PARTNERS IN PROGRESSION" to grow and evolve to fill up the vacuum thus far created and benefit the success jointly with the organization.

Our Principal Associate would be some one Male / Female who is looking for challenges to be on their own but backed by a professional organization and a able back office in Chennai to support their front end business enquiries.

- The main role would be the Associate would connect and meet the prospective clients in their territory to introduce BEECORP CONSULTING services and acquire Recruitment mandates for execution and follow with clients for Interview coordination and align till the candidate joins and later follow up the agreed payments.

- This association would be purely based on revenue sharing basis and no reimbursements are eligible for Business Development. Pl note this model was very successful for more than ten years earlier and thus we are regrouping the same for wider reach and collaborations.

- The Associate will also be given the existing or earlier serviced clients to follow and the credit of closures will be honored.

- Inviting dynamic individuals, HR professionals, Retired Executives who are willing to meet people of different strata and age group of Talent Acquisition professionals to showcase our competence and achieve to get Recruitment mandates.

- Kindly note that we are not a start up or new to this business and our satisfied clients can stand references for our professional Placement Services, which would be a major asset to reach out the clients.

- Detailed discussion on the modality and process involved will be done by the Directors to familiarize and understand for a possible handshake.
