About the Role:

We are hiring for the Monetization & Brand Solutions team of a leading fashion e-commerce platform. The role will be responsible for driving monetization revenue, developing brand solutions and building strong brand partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and deliver monetization revenue targets.

- Build and manage a strong brand pipeline and drive conversions.

- Develop innovative brand solutions and media plans for brand partners.

- Manage end-to-end digital campaign execution.

- Track targets and actuals and proactively identify and resolve revenue gaps.

- Build strong relationships with brand partners and drive account growth.

- Conduct monthly business reviews and identify opportunities for business growth.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.

- Drive revenue generation through digital sales, brand solutions and advertising partnerships.

Key Requirements:

- 4 - 7 years of overall experience.

- 2+ years of experience in Digital Sales / Business Development is mandatory.

- Experience in E-commerce, Digital or Advertising is preferred.

- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.

- Strong commercial mindset with ownership and problem-solving ability.

- Strong understanding of monetization, digital sales, business development, brand solutions and advertising sales.
