About the Opportunity

Join a reputable law firm in an excellent opportunity within their Banking & Finance department.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Principal Associate (or equivalent) to contribute to our dynamic team in either our Mumbai or Delhi office.

Key Responsibilities

As a Principal Associate, you will be integral to supporting our clients and the growth of the Banking & Finance department.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing comprehensive legal advice and support on a wide range of banking and finance transactions.

- Demonstrating strong technical skills to effectively manage and execute complex client work.

- Actively participating in the development and expansion of the Banking & Finance practice, including business development initiatives.

- Collaborating effectively as a team player, contributing to a supportive and high-performing work environment.

- Experience with regulatory matters in the banking and finance sector will be considered a significant asset.

The Successful Applicant

- We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated individual who meets the following criteria:

- 7-10 years of post-qualification experience in banking and finance law.

- Must be Admitted to the Bar Possession of an LL., MAS, and/or J degree is highly desirable.

- Demonstrated experience working in a reputable law firm is essential
