Principal Analyst/Associate Director - Equity Research

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth research on companies and subsectors (Banking, FIG, Specialty Finance, Housing, CRE)

- Develop and refine detailed financial models, valuations, and scenario analyses

- Track market developments, news flows, and sell-side research to support investment theses

- Create investment write-ups and presentations; engage with management, intermediaries, and sector experts

Who we're looking for:

- 5+ years' experience in equity or investment research

- Strong financial modeling, accounting, and valuation expertise

- MBA/CFA/CA or equivalent in finance

- Exposure to US/UK or international markets is a plus

- Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
