Lead Business Analyst - Cybersecurity Programs
Description:
- Lead the project team in the successful implementation of Cybersecurity programs, ensuring full compliance with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with diverse stakeholders to meticulously gather business needs, conduct in-depth analysis of requirements, and document clear, comprehensive functional specifications.
- Define clear project goals, create detailed execution plans, and ensure a strong alignment between evolving business requirements and overall project objectives.
- Ensure the timely delivery of initiatives by effectively coordinating cross-functional teams, proactively managing risks, and resolving issues that arise during project execution.
- Identify significant opportunities for process improvements within business operations and recommend strategic solutions to enhance overall business efficiency and effectiveness.
- Facilitate crucial discussions and act as a key liaison between business teams, technical teams, and leadership to ensure seamless project execution and alignment.
- Maintain clear and thorough documentation of project scope, defined milestones, key deliverables, and critical performance metrics.
- Utilize and promote Agile methodologies to iteratively improve processes and efficiently deliver project objectives.
- Provide expert assistance and support on various project management tasks throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Business Analysis, with a strong emphasis on cybersecurity programs, and assisting project management tasks within the IT domain.
- Proven understanding and experience in implementing cybersecurity programs and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Expert-level skills in requirement gathering, analysis, and documenting functional specifications.
- Proficient in using Agile methodologies; understanding of other project management frameworks is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of facilitating complex discussions with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical capabilities to understand business problems and translate them into technical solutions.
- Proven ability to identify opportunities, manage risks, and resolve issues effectively.
- Strong documentation skills for project scope, requirements, milestones, and performance metrics
