Description:
We are looking for an Entity Controller to join our Regional Controllership team.
Location: Bengaluru (Onsite).
Experience: 5+ years.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end ownership of accounting, control & compliance.
- Ensure US GAAP ,R2R, IFRS & internal policy adherence.
- Month-end closing, balance sheet & P/L review.
- Financial reporting, budgeting & audit support.
- Internal control / SOX compliance.
- Partner with business on financial strategies & process improvements.
- Manage reconciliations and ensure closure of open items.
- Work closely with internal/external auditors.
Qualifications & Mandatory:
- Bachelors degree in Finance / Accounting.
- CA / ICWA preferred.
- Proficiency in SAP, HFM & financial tools.
- Strong experience of US GAAP, SOX, and R2R processes.
- Excellent analytical & communication skills.
