About the Role : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Kerala, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets in the digital marketing and advertising industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the digital marketing and advertising industry.- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and projects.
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions and services.- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Sales and Revenue Growth : Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue growth objectives.- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.- Negotiate and close deals with clients.
- Communication and Collaboration : Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and creative, to develop and deliver client solutions.- Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance and business development activities.
- Lead Generation and Prospecting : Generate new leads through cold calling, email marketing, and other prospecting activities. Qualify and follow up on leads to convert them into sales opportunities.
- Sales Meetings and Presentations : Conduct sales meetings and presentations with clients and potential clients.- Develop and deliver persuasive sales pitches and proposals.
- Industry Knowledge and Networking : Stay up-to-date on industry trends, developments, and best practices.- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to build relationships and identify business opportunities.
Requirements:
Education - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant fields.
- Experience - Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales or business development in the digital marketing and advertising industry.- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Skills - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Strong sales and business development skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.- Knowledge of digital marketing and advertising industry trends and best practices.- Ability to work on-site in Kerala, India.
